As a nutritional coach, trainer, and professional athlete I know that what we eat is important because, as the saying goes, “you can't out-train a bad diet".
I am someone who loves food, but, admittedly, I was having difficulty finding the balance between what's healthy and what optimizes my performance...without having to eat the same boring meals every day. But, let’s be honest: making a good meal takes time: buying the groceries, cooking, cleaning up afterwards, and of course, finding new and inspiring recipes can all be quite the challenge for everyone, but especially, if you are an entrepreneur and a go-getter. Time is precious, and there are so many other things that we want, and need, to do with it.

I then realized that if scheduling and selecting the right food was a challenge for me, then it had to be difficult as well for my clients, who are already working so hard to achieve their dream bodies. This inspired me to try to find a solution: a way that we can all enjoy more free time and also feel balanced, strong, and fit. This is how 3 FOOD was born!
